Common questions

I'm stuck on a level

Read the task again, word by word: many levels hide the answer in the wording. Try tapping, dragging or holding things on the screen. If you still cannot pass, use the skip button to watch a short ad and move on.

Do I need an account?

No. There are no accounts. Your progress is saved on your device.

I lost my progress

Progress is stored only on the device, so it is lost if the game is deleted or the app data is cleared. We cannot restore it.

How do I change ad or data settings?

Open the game's settings, then Privacy. There you can turn off anonymous play statistics and, where it applies, change your ad privacy choices. See our privacy policy for details.

Can I remove ads?

Not at the moment. The game is free and ads pay for it.
