Common questions

I'm stuck on a level

Watch the ring before you tap: launch a duck only when there is a gap in front of the pipe. If a level keeps beating you, a skip button appears after a few tries; it plays a short ad and moves you on.

Do I need an account?

No. There are no accounts. Your progress is saved on your device.

I lost my progress

Progress is stored only on the device, so it is lost if the game is deleted or the app data is cleared, unless your phone's own backup restores it. We cannot restore it.

How do I change ad or data settings?

Tap the gear button in the game, then Privacy. There you can turn off anonymous gameplay statistics and, where it applies, change your ad privacy choices. See our privacy policy for details.

Can I remove ads?

Not at the moment. The game is free and ads pay for it. Ads never interrupt a level: they come between levels, and video ads play only when you choose them.
